Top What?

Top shop, where art thou? NY waited for you last spring,

and then in October..and then November..and now when? 

How long can we wait for you! Youre like that cute guy I have

the biggest crush on and cant get enough, but you keep leading me on. 

Ok. I'll stop there. I know its on its way! with kate too, of course.

I know Top Shop is sort of passe to you Londonites, & similar

to an Urban Outfitters here or something, buuttt we, and yes I 

know I can vouch for thousands of fashion heads here in NY, want it!

I can no longer pay for your extremely high shipping & long awaited

arrival. Come now!

indian summer

I have been sick & in bed. There has been yet another snow

storm. I strongly yearn for the nights of barefeet, blue moons, 

strolls to the new park by the river to catch a nice breeze.

I cannot forget daily ice cream cones & feeling ever so carefree.

Winter has stung me bad.

I found these photos off of dripbook.com. The photographer is

a new favorite of mine by the name of Julie Williams. Her photos

are mainly new york and brooklyn based. Her scenery reminds

me of urban and rural at the same time, and all of her models

are pure creatures of beauty.

I have been so incredibly busy. I finally got to let loose this weekend

and party a bit for Jade loves 22nd birthday. Her concept as far as dress

code was wear something you wouldnt wear anywhere else but Jades 

birthday party. ha! clever. I decided to go for a sort of Studio 54 meets

flapper inspired look. After looking at all the photos of the party, we

did create a small resemblance of those disco days. Heather dj'ed 

while Alejandro Jodorowsky's films were projected on the wall. 

It was quite the experience.

Best in Show

So sorry I haven't been around blogger lately. So busy

between interning and class & lifelifelife.

Growing up on a small horse farm, I will always have 

part of an equestrian in myself. Therefore when I

saw See by Chloe's latest "Best Dressed" tote bag in 

Teen Vogue, I fell inlove. The bright ribbons and 

competitive image brought back memories of my days

with Sparky, the pony, at the stables.

I would like to put a key chain like the one below around

the strap.

On the topic of bows, I found these adorable bow 

headbands at Forever21. Yeah, that place gives 

me a headache too, but sometimes I cant resist.

I usually only walk out with an accessory, but theyre

usually pretty cute ones!

Can someone tell me what the age is when you're too old to

wear bows in your hair? Please say 25, or 30, or even better, 

never!

Well I reaaalllly need to read and try to get sleepy. Tomorrow is my

first photo shoot, and its a reallllyyyy early, reaaaaalllllyyyy long 

day. Oh, and one last thing, below is my other latest purchase,

a magazine clutch I found at a thrift store on 1st ave today for $10!

I never even find any, let alone for $10. The funny part is the magazine

is an old playgirl from 1973. Haha the guy ringing me up thought

I was so silly. I told him its a collectors piece! Hah, he just didnt

get it.

yay netflix! Currently watching The Thomas Crown Affair

I had a long day of interning. Stopped in at Horizons where

a fellow blogger, Alexandra, (gludafindslulu.blogspot.com/)

was taking a shoot of the store for her blogas well. Alexandra

is the absolute sweetest, with such great taste in fashion, both

vintage and contemporary. 

 I had to take a photo of Briannes shoes, they are too

cute.

Here are some photos of me wearing head to toe

black, but Sonia Rykiel. It is from her velvet collection. I think

its okay to be head to toe in black as long as its SR! Okay well, not to

my toes, those are basic Capezio jazz flats.

My first shoot for Paper is on Saturday. Other than that I

don't have much news. My mind is sort of fried so I don't even

have any of my daily zaney thoughts to express through 

my keyboard. Until later, sleep tight.

royal visions

I love my small flat, dont get me wrong. My teeny bedroom and 

alice in wonderland size closet is overstuffed and completely

loved with every space and nook used possible. BUUuuutt I 

sometimes wonder what it must feel like to live in a castle!

I'm not sure if Princess Charlotte of Monaco lives in one, but I'm

sure she has a lot more space than I could dream of.
